Fun in the Front Yard

Daniel practices with a real watering can.

Fun with a fire truck

Daniel helps Daddy scoop up some stray rocks...

...And then helps dump the rocks!
Daniel signed for more each time they dumped them!

Daniel had lots of fun pushing the empty buckets down the driveway

Daniel helps Daddy sweep up the sidewalk.
He even went and got his own broom!

After planting his tree, Daddy and Daniel got right to work in the front yard, sweeping, mowing, scooping up rocks and dumping them, and of course having fun with toys, tools, and buckets. Daniel loves hanging out with his Daddy doing just about anything! It's so cute to watch him chasing after his Daddy, wanting to help and join the fun.

Another note about the first picture- I loved how Daniel's perception of the watering can was that he needed to dump it upside down (we all know he loves to dump things now). I was trying to show him how we just tip it- we still need some practice with that of course. The cute part is that now, when he sees the watering can, he calls it "tip, tip." Love it.
