Daniel's favorite thing to do today was "toss noballs" and "knock over no-man". You have to think really hard about what Daniel is trying to say when it comes to snow- he leaves that s off, so it sounds like he's saying no ball or no man, to which we say okay we won't make any more, but then he will say it with even more emphasis and you know he means that he wants more snowmen and he's not saying no. It's still a little confusing sometimes, but we're catching on!
So, picking up the snow was a hit today, along with smashing the snowmen we made with his little buckets. He loved knocking the snowmen over and kept asking for more and more! I guess it's a little like building towers of blocks over and over, only to have Daniel knock 'em all down. That's the fun part! I also love that Daniel is so adept at walking around in the snow- he doesn't need any help at all, he doesn't bat an eye, he just trudges on...he's so confident and just having a ball.
Here are many pics from today's adventures in the snow! Enjoy!
Daniel picks up a snowball.
Daniel turned this knocked-down snowman into a stool to sit on!
Daniel is telling us what his snowman needs-
hair in this picture and a nose in the next picture.
He also told us to make eyes and a mouth.

Daniel checks out his snowman, complete with a face,
and even with snow sprinkled on top for hair.

And the knocking over begins with a "pow"...
And a smash with the boots!
These next two pics are my faves from today...

Eyes on Daddy! I'm loving his expression...
and the rosy cheeks, too!
