More Christmas fun with a toddler...and this time tape was involved! Daniel LOVES to help me wrap presents. We can't tell him what it is though- or else he will tell that person what it is. We learned this when Uncle Brian had his birthday recently and we told Daniel we were getting Brian a movie; as soon as Uncle Brian walked through the door, Daniel kept saying "Uncle Brian rip movie". We got a laugh out of this and learned that Daniel already can't keep a secret! Also, Daniel just wants to give the present to the recipient right away (hard to explain to a toddler with no sense of time)- and in this case, that's especially hard since Uncle Brad is all the way in California! Now he just walks around and says "Daniel ride airplane, Mommy ride airplane, Daddy ride airplane" since we told him we have to fly in an airplane to see Uncle Brad. So cute.
Wrapping fun bonus...Daniel's just recently discovered what fun tape can be! Oh the joys of tape in the eyes of a toddler...and I'm sure that fun is just beginning!
