Such a Boy!

Couldn't resist sharing these cute pictures of Daniel around the house...he's such a boy! We have this yardstick that's flexible and Daniel loves to walk around with it. It's bigger than he is, of course, so it's cute to watch him carrying it around. And since it's flexible, it can go everywhere with him and there are no worries about it banging or not fitting through doorways and such. Daniel's also walking his lawnmower around the house a lot these days, too, now that he can walk. It makes lots of noise and music and he likes that, of course, but I also think he's so proud that he can walk this lawnmower around by himself now. Sometimes he walks it one handed, with the other hand in that cute fist he makes when he's thinking about something or concentrating. The other thing he loves to do more now that he walks is play with his soccer ball. He will pick it up, drop it, and walk after it and do it all over again. The last picture is of Daniel watching Daddy and Grandpa Larry working outside this afternoon. Daniel was a little frustrated that he couldn't go out there (it's COLD out there!), but he loved their attention when he got it and had fun watching anyway. He's so curious and always interested in what Daddy is doing...especially if there are tools involved! Check out Daniel's cool camo pants in that last picture too! They were too cute...and I'm not a huge camouflage fan, but he looked like such a boy in them and they actually fit great for a change!
