Happy New Year, everybody! We packed Daniel up shortly after Christmas and headed to Disney World for a week filled with lots of firsts, even a couple 2nds, a very happy and sleepy New Year, and lots & lots of fun! It was a busy week. This will be the first of several posts about Daniel's adventure-filled week during our trip to Florida last week. Hope you enjoy all the pictures!

These are pictures of Daniel having a blast at the airport when we left last Monday. This was his first airplane ride and he did great. Our flight was delayed by a little over an hour, but Daniel had the most fun walking around the airport with his grandparents, looking around everywhere, and he loved the moving walkway. It's too funny to see our little guy walking around the huge airport- he looks even smaller there. Daniel managed to tire himself out just enough to fall asleep almost as soon as the plane took off. He slept for about an hour of the two hour flight- which was great. We were hoping he'd sleep! When he woke up, he played, snacked and waited so patiently till we landed and he could finally walk around again when we got off the plane. We stayed at the Coronado Springs Hotel at Disney World and were lucky enough to have adjoining rooms with Grandma Mary Kay and Grandpa Larry because this meant more walking space for Daniel, more places to explore, and extra hands and eyes to help out and watch Daniel while we got ready each day. He sure got a lot of attention this week and he LOVED every minute of it!
